The 1st International Conference on Multidisciplinary Engagement (IN-COME) 2026 is an international academic forum organized by Gerakan Edukasi. The conference responds to the increasing complexity of global challenges related to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) which require integrative and multidisciplinary approaches.

All accepted papers will be published in indexed conference proceedings. Selected high-quality manuscripts will be recommended to partner journals listed below. Click a journal to visit its page.

1. Registration
By submitting the registration form, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Each registration is valid for one participant only.
2. Payment
Payment must be completed within 24 hours after the Virtual Account number is issued.
3. Confirmation
A confirmation email will be sent once your payment has been successfully verified. Please keep this email for your records.
4. Presenter Obligations
Presenters are required to submit their full paper in PDF, DOC, or DOCX format during registration. Papers must be original and adhere to the provided guidelines and template.
5. Listener Participation
Listener participants will receive a Zoom link to attend the conference. No paper submission is required.
6. Code of Conduct
All participants are expected to maintain professional and respectful behavior throughout the conference. The committee reserves the right to revoke access for any participant who violates this policy.
7. Intellectual Property
All submitted papers remain the intellectual property of their respective authors. By submitting, authors grant IN-COME 2026 the right to publish the paper in the conference proceedings.
8. Changes & Cancellations
The committee reserves the right to make changes to the conference schedule, venue, or format. Participants will be notified of any significant changes via email.

Non-Refundable
The registration fee is non-refundable once payment has been successfully completed. Please ensure you have read all terms before proceeding with payment.
Transfer of Registration
Participants are allowed to transfer their registration to another person by contacting the committee no later than 7 days before the event. The replacement participant must meet the same registration requirements.
Event Cancellation by Organizer
In the unlikely event that the conference is cancelled by the organizer, a full refund will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
Technical Payment Issues
If you experience a double charge or technical payment error, please contact the committee immediately via WhatsApp at 0822-5775-1701 with your proof of payment. Refunds for verified technical errors will be processed within 7 business days.
How to Request a Transfer
To request a registration transfer, send the following details to the committee:
— Original registrant's full name and email
— New participant's full name, email, and affiliation
— Proof of payment
How much is the conference registration fee?
The registration fee for Presenter is IDR 250,000 and for Listener is IDR 50,000.
What payment methods are available?
We accept payments via Virtual Account from various banks (BCA, Mandiri, BNI, BRI, BSI, and others).
How do I make payment after registration?
After filling out and submitting the registration form, you will be automatically redirected to the payment page. Choose your preferred payment method, then complete the payment according to the instructions provided.
What is the payment deadline?
Payment must be completed within 24 hours after the Virtual Account number is issued.
Will I receive a confirmation after payment?
Yes, once your payment has been verified, you will receive a confirmation email along with your registration details and further information about the conference.
What if my payment fails or has not been verified?
